Mom's Christmas 2011

Every other year we tend to do things differently due to my brothers and their wives visiting their families for Christmas. So since this year was one of them we postponed Mom's Christmas until the day after New Years.

Mom always goes all out and it and although it is hard work and stress in the end it makes this event something to look forward too.

This year we started with the famous Broccoli Cheese Soup

After the soup which is always delicious we had salad brought by Brook and Logan

It was also delicious.

After the soup and salad it was on to the main course which consisted of potatoes, prime rib and lobster.

Once our tummys were full and we needed to rest from the delicious meal we headed to the living room to work of some of the calories by unwrapping presents.

Jack got a Dash Train Track and more,  Abi got a barbie car with a cooking apron and hat and more, Jeremy got bullets and more and I got a turtle neck with a bowtied vest along with necklaces and a gift card to B&N and more.

What a great day!
