Halloween 2010

Ghosts, goblins, devils and more. Trick or Treaters galore. Going house to house collecting candy and things. Its her first and his second year more to come with tons of fear. So enjoy the candy, the costumes, the fun be safe trick or treating everyone.

So this year was Jack's second Halloween and Abi's first. Yes I was lame due to the fact that both of them are still too young and have no iead what they are doing or what reallky is going on. So for this Halloween we dressed the kids up in outfits we already had and headed to mom's work to go trick or treating there. Jack was Batman and Abi was a lamb. Thier costumes turned out really well, but I know for next year I will definetly have to plan.

17 Months

Molars, Molars, Molars are finally in - HOOORAY! We have been waiting for such a long time for these dawn molars to come and and quit giving Jack such a hard time. Now we can count down for his "I" teeth. Jack is running, running, runnin and won't stop and it is only going to get worst. He loves to hang out outside and he is into everything. Testing our patience and our "No's" but overall he is a really good kid. His personality grows every day and he is funny in his own little way. We are trying to break him of his bottle so at night is the only time he gets his bottle, which he likes to call "boottle." His vocabulary grows each and every day he can say - hister, holl, dzdazy, side, plane, pncake, momma, dada, and no - I know that there are a few that I am forgetting, but he is doing a really good job. He likes to copy you so we are now having to watch our Shits and Damns. He loves his sister dearly and shows it every day. He only has 5 more Sundays until he starts nursery. I haven't quite figured out what he is going to be for Halloween, but I am sure we will in the end figure it out and I am so excited for christmas this year it will be the first christmas with Jeremy, Jack, Abi and myself.

9 Months

Another Month, Week, Day, Hour and Minutes have passed and my baby girl is getting older by the second. She is getting a full head of hear, her top and bottom four teeth have come in so she has chompers, I just can't wait for her molars to come in which will be next. She walks around and around in her walker crawls to where her little arms and legs will take her and its only a few more times where she will finally figure out how to crawl on all fours - which of course will only lead to pullng her self up onto things and finally tada walking. In the last 9 months I have tried to think and ponder her life on this eart and I come up with a blank or a blur it has gone by so fast I can't believe it.

Jeremy was sharing the other day that he can remember piece by piece of the hospital stay when she was born but after that it has gone by too quickly. She is getting bigger and bigger every day and they are starting to look like twins so although they are 8 months apart I technically do have twins.

Pumpkin Patch

11 Months ago or practically a year ago Jack was being watched by our neighbors Joe and Brenda. One day in October Brenda took her kids and little Jack to the Pumpkin Patch. The Pumpkin Patch is located roughly at 9000 S 2200 W right on the corner.

Look how cute he is...

I can't believe he was that small

This year Jeremy had to take the kids to get their shots so on the way back he stopped at the pumpkin patch to get their pictures taken.

They are getting sooo big...

Look at all of those pumpkins

Aren't they having fun?

Jack's not quite sure, but Abi LOVES it

In the end no pumpkin was picked, no hay was eatin' (however it was truly thought about) and they had a really fun time.

Sunday Drive

Jeremy and I talked about taking the kids on a drive to see the leaves change. In the end Jeremy had to work so I asked mom if she wanted to go. So I got the kids ready we got in the car and headed to mom's. We decided to go up Big Cottonwood Canyon and then head up over Guardsmans Pass into Park City and then head home.

We headed up the canyon the kids falling asleep or looking out the window. We decided to go up all the way to Brighton and then come back down to then head over guardsmans pass. It was a busy road with everyone else doing the same thing. All of the red was gone which I was disapointed but there was a lot of yellow and some orange on the leaves.

We decided to stop at the top of Guardsmans Pass

The parking lot was really packed, but it was worth finding a spot to park

Grandma and Mr. Explorer

The Three Stooges, Take one

The Three Stooges, take two

Jack's thoughts, "How can I escape from mom, and explore, maybe even rolldown this fun looking hill?"

What a cute boy

What a happy little girl!

In the end we came down from Guardsmans Pass into Park City and as we were heading somewhat home we decided to go up and through Emigration Canyon. After we came into the city we picked up some KFC had some dinner, then the kids and I headed home to welcome Jeremy home from work.

Thanks mom for coming along with for the ride.
