From a Cocoon to a Butterfly

We had headed to the kids museum where we sat through a butterfly class. In the end of the lass they were handing out butterfly's, cocoons and caterpillars. Abi was given a cup with a cocoon in it. W we left this container on the counter each day we would check it to see if anything has happened. Then. One day my eye caught something move inside th container and sure enough a butterfly had finally emerged.

We waited for Jeremy to come home and Abi was sad that we had to let the butterfly go. So after saying our goodbyes we placed the butterfly in the ivy in the front if the house. From there she flew away.

Happy Easter 2014

Today is Easter. This year the kids were more into the Easter Bunny coming which made this little holiday a little bit more fun. However between Jeremy and I we tried to really talk to the kids about what Easter is and was all about. 

I am so thankful for my savior. I know I don't share my feelings much, but through all of the he hard times that Jeremy and I have been through I know that he was there for us. I am so grateful for eternal families and that our family is sealed together forever. I am thankful for the sacrifice that Jesus did, dying on the cross so that our sins will be forgiven. He is the true son of Heavenly Father.

A Picnic with Daddy

It was such a beautiful day that we hunted down Jeremy to find out where he was working so we could meet up with him and have a quick lunch. The job he was working on that day lead us over to Draper. We picked up some Carl's Jr, ate at the pavilion then Jeremy had to leave while the kids continued to play on the playground. 

Soccer 2014

Soccer 2014 has started. However this year is going to go by quick. Their games are on Saturdays and Mondays, sour sure keeping us busy. This year the team name picked was "The Minions" but the four girls on the team choose "The Frozen Minions."

Jack and Abi played really well this year I fact both scoring at least one goal. We are so proud of them at at the sports that they are trying and figuring out what they really want to play down the road.

A windy Day

After preschool the kids wanted to head to to the park.

Although it was sunny it was quite windy. The kids were done after about a half hour, so we headed home to have lunch and to the let the playing continue.
