24th of July Floats

In the last few years the Sandy Convention Center has housed the floats that will be driving down the road in the 47th Day Parade. Its free for the public to come down and look at all of the floats. So the kids, the Dawes Kids and I decided to head down and look at the floats for the big parade.

 

 

It was really fun to walk around and see all of the floats close up. You could even vote for your favorite.

Tonight we headed to a field to watch a family friends little boy play flag football. After the fun game we headed to Fiiz for a late night treat.

Another Movie Night

Movie night in our drive way became a huge hit over the summer. Can't wait for next year.

Also it helps when you get to hang out with a great fun family. Thanks D family!!

What's Up Pitches!

Tonight some of the ladies in the neighborhood and I headed to the movies to see Pitch Perfect 2. It was such a fun night. After the movie I ran into my Brother and Sister-in-law.

Jack turns 6

I can't believe six years has come and gone. Our baby boy turns six today and it feels like yesterday we brought him home from the hospital. What a true blessing he is to our family.

This year for his party Jack really wanted an Avengers party...So like any nice mom, that is what he got.

We had to make sure each avenger was ready for the task, so we had each person go through some obstacle courses to test their avenger knowledge.

First Course: "Pin the Star on the Shield"

Once Cake and Ice cream was served and eaten it was time for presents.

Grizzly Hockey Game

Since buying the Seven Peaks "Pass of all Passes" we are able to attend a few hockey games. This time we decided to go with some friends. Even though we didn't stay the whole time it was still fun and of coarse entertaining.
