Robbed!

So I am sure some of you out there watch the news. And if you watched the news last night on Fox 13 you probably saw the branch that I work at. No one was hurt, and I left early to go to an appointment with Joyce, but our branch was robbed. I feel so bad that I wasn't there, not to experience the robbery but to know what my staff is going through.

At 5:59 a man dressed from head to toe came in yelling "This is a robbery, everyone stay calm!" In the mean time he waved around a gun to everyone that was in the branch. He went to one of our tellers and demanded the money from his drawer. Having a robbery training that morning the teller that was doing what the robber told him was very calm and did exactly what he asked. After giving the robber what was in his drawer which was under $3000.00 the robber wanted him to move to the next drawer. Since no one was working that station, no drawer was to be found. The robber then said to the teller, "This is all I get?" and walked out of the building.

Due to our ecomony, the christmas season, please be aware of your surroundings and be cautious where you go. You never know what will happen.
