July 2013

Jack and Abigail,

Both you of you continue to love to read as well as learn new things.

The month of July I think has turned more into being more daring for the both of them.

Jack when it comes to swimming you have lately decided not to wear your floaties. It pretty much started at Uncle Jake's when wearing your floaties you were jumping off of the trampoline into the pool or sliding down the slide into the pool. You have been daring by holding your breath and going under water. Jack you then advanced at Grandma H's pool, when you decided not to wear your floaties. Yet, staying in the shallow end you continued to jump off of the pool stairs into the water by holding your breath and popping up out of the water a little bit later. You continue to be brave each and every day.

Jack you have also become a great dealer. The other day while at Grandma H's you wanted to go run outside. I was needing to ask Grandma H a question and was holding you up for going out side. You finally told Grandma that if you didn't make it outside that you were going to throw up and started making throwup noises. You continue to this day to make awesome deals if you don't get your way.

Abigail when it comes to swimming you as well as your brother have decided to be brave. Starting at Jake's you also slide down the slide into the pool. You continue on holding your breath as you go under water, testing yourself. You used to be afraid jumping into the water and have you go under, but you now enjoy it. You haven't quite gotten to the point of swimming without your floaties, but I am sure that day will soon arrive.

Abigail you have become a great entertainer. Since watching "Pitch Perfect" you love singing all of the songs, doing the moves and copying scenes of the movie. If you could you would watch any singing movie that catches your attention over and over again. We love watching you perform, sing, and dance.

You both make us so proud. We love you both and are excited for what the future holds for both of you.
