Easter 2011

Last year wasn't the as big as this year for easter. Last year Jack was learning to walk while Abi was only 2 - 3 months old. This year both of them are running like wild little indians. This Easter it started on Saturday with a Ward Easter Egg Hunt. Jeremy was aerating lawns so I braved the cold weather and took the kids to hunt easter eggs. A lot of people from our ward showed up so it was really fun.

Here is little Abi, probably freezing.

Jack wrapped up warm holding his easter egg bag.

Both of their easter bags, which weren't really used anyway. We ended up collecting only 3 easter eggs.

That night the easter bunny stopped by dropping off some goodies.

For Jeremy two new movies - The A Team and RED which are really good.

For Jack & Abigail, new easter baskets, inside they found small felk easter baskets for next year to collect those easter eggs, squirt guns, bubbles, a pail with a shovel and gardening tools, and some new hard bound books.

Here is a closer look.

Abi checking things out.

Jack making sure he got the right tools to start helping dad out in the garden.

The biggest hit of all, his Abi's new easter egg basket to use for a hat and his BUBBLES.

After checking things out it was time to get ready for church. Jeremy and I just recently got called to be Nursery Leaders, which works well for us. Jack being in Jr Nursery and Abi, well lets just say we don't get to listen to the lesson with her, she is a BUSY BODY.

Her Easter dress was actually given to her from her Aunt Brooke for Christmas. It just felt more fitting for easter. Thanks Brooke for the beautiful dress.

What a beautiful girl!

Jack with his BUBBLES.

The twins and their bubbles. What a darling pair they are.

Happy EASTER!
