Halloween 2012

What a crazy fast and approaching Halloween came this year. It seems as though I blinked and we are now into November. This year Jack decided to be a "Red" Transformer, which in the end turned into Optimus Prime while Abigail decided to be Cinderella.

This year we ran out of time to carve pumpkins, but the candy collecting started Friday October 26 over at the near elementary school where a Trunk or Treat was in full effect.

 

 

 

 

For the acutal candy collecting, trick or treating Jeremy got the kids dressed while I raced home from work. I stayed behind to hand out candy while Jeremy and the kids made it around the neighborhood collecting candy.

Airborne Sports

We had a very busy day from picking out carpet to selecting tile. The kids were being so good for a reward we were introduced to Airborne Sports.

This place is so much fun filled with trampolines. There is a section for kids eight and younger then a section for all ages then a hidden section for about 4ft and taller.

The kids had so much fun that we will have to go back for sure.

Pumpkin Patch

A yearly tradition so far is making our way to Schmidts Pumpkin Patch. There you can pick our your pumpkins for carving and take pictures on haystacks, tractors and through out the pumpkin patch. With the busy weeks we have been having we decided to make our way to get our yearly pictures done on today - so Sunday.

Of coarse they are closed and it felt weird being by a busy street with cars looking at us in the deserted patch, but that didn't stop us. We trekked on and got some pictures taken. The kids however weren't in the mood so the pictures aren't that great. Maybe next year.
