Sakana

Dad came into town for a business trip. He flew in on Monday and headed to Nevada and Idaho and came into Salt Lake Thursday night. It was really fun seeing him and we decided that we would just hang out at our house Thursday night with pizza and talking so Brooke, Landon, Cristy, Riley, Zack, Dad, Abi, Jack and I hung out at lots of pizza and enjoyed the conversation.

Since dad was going to fly out Saturday morning we decided to get together and normally dad LOVES to go to the Chinese Buffett on 45th and Sate but we talked him into doing Sushi instead. so we met at Jordan Landing at Sakana.

I think we ended up with 8 plates of different Sushi...

16 Months

Running, jabbering, laughing, loving, playing, outoors and teething is what Jack is doing. He loves to run and mainly its trying to either run away from us or trying to keep up. He is trying so desperate to talk that so far he can say Momma, Dadda, Ba for ball, Bo for bottle, plane and Daisy. He gives high fives and knuckles when he isn't shy. He loves his sister and shows her when he can. He plays hard and never wants to stop. If he could live outdoors I think he would. He loves being outside and helping Jeremy with yard work. Finally with all of the hard work and miserable pleasures his molars are finally coming in.

Jack is such a funny character. He can be serious when he wants but funny none the less. He is always running a hundred miles an hour and wants you to follow. He loves his dogs and shows them by pulling on their ears and crawling on top of them. He is handsome in every way and has a smile to die for. He can either be a momma's boy or daddy's boy, it just depends and if he doesn't get his way, you just better be careful.

8 months

Eating, teething, rolling and slowly starting to crawl. That is what Abigail is into these days. She is such a happy little girl and loves to laugh at her brother or cousins. She is eating more solid foods and finishes up with a bottle. Her two front teeth have finally arrived and they are getting bigger every day. She is learning to hold and pick up things with her hands. We have started her on puff's which she loves, however she doesn't know how to put them from her hand to her mouth.

She loves to take baths and loves to shower whoever is supervising. Cartoons rock her world and they can hold her attention until she is hungry or sleepy. We have also introduced her to Baby Einstiens which keeps her attention for about 10 minutes. She gets frustrated when she can't do what she wants to do.
